Executive Leadership

The hands holding this work together

Four Ugandans — each with lived professional skill — carrying the daily weight of governance, counselling, nutrition, and care for children with autism and learning disabilities.

Luutu Daniel, Chairperson of Great Destinies Foundation

Luutu Daniel

Chairperson & Co-Founder

Daniel chairs the foundation and keeps the machinery moving — governance, partnerships, field logistics, financial discipline. He ensures every shilling of trust placed in our hands becomes measurable good in a child's life. His conviction: hard work and integrity are the truest form of compassion.

Nagawa Ruth, Vice Chairperson of Great Destinies Foundation

Nagawa Ruth

Vice Chairperson & Co-Founder

Ruth carries the soul of this work. A Ugandan community organiser with a heart for children whose minds are misunderstood, she leads school outreach, caregiver support and family enrolment for children with autism and learning disabilities. Her conviction that every child deserves understanding is the seed from which Great Destinies grew.

Nassali Prossy, Treasurer and Nutritionist at Great Destinies Foundation

Nassali Prossy

Treasurer & Nutritionist

Prossy guards the books and feeds the work. As Treasurer she oversees transparent stewardship of every gift received; as a qualified Nutritionist she designs the dietary plans that help children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive. She brings clinical rigour and donor accountability under one roof.

Nampeera Rebecca, Lead Counsellor at Great Destinies Foundation

Nampeera Rebecca

Lead Counsellor

Rebecca leads our counselling work — sitting with mothers raising children with autism, with teenagers navigating learning differences, with caregivers carrying invisible exhaustion. Trained in psychosocial support, she ensures every family that walks into our space is met with skill, patience and respect.

How we work

Five values, lived daily

  • Dignity. Every person we serve is named, never numbered.
  • Honesty. Donor reports without spin. Failures without hiding.
  • Faith. Rooted in compassion that does not discriminate.
  • Excellence. The poor deserve our best work, not our leftovers.
  • Community. Solutions designed with people, not for them.
